SHOW OFF YOUR SKILLS...
Join us for the second annual Beloit Taco Takedown and put your tacos to the test in front of thousands of hungry guests. The winning vendor will take home a cash prize and the 2026 championship belt.
Date: Saturday, August 8, 2026
Event Time: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Location: 605 Third Street Beloit, WI (Ironworks Spine Road)
Vendor Fee: $100 (Non-refundable)
Registration
Early Bird Deadline: June 1, 2026
Vendors who register and submit all required documentation by this date will be included in event marketing, press releases, and early promotions.
Final Registration Deadline: July 1, 2026
Vendors will still be eligible to serve at the event and reach the full crowd but will not be included in early marketing materials.
Vendor participation is not confirmed until all paperwork and the $100 vendor fee are received.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
To secure your spot, vendors must provide the following:

Outdoor Vendor Permit Application (required for all mobile food units, must be on display during the event)

2025 Establishment Application (required for restaurants operating outside of a food truck)
If any documentation is missing on the day of the event, the vendor will not be permitted to operate and will forfeit their participation fee.
Food Guidelines

To ensure a smooth guest experience and fair exposure for all vendors, each vendor is limited to offering ONE taco and ONE side item only. No additional food items or full menus are allowed.

On your application, please list your top three taco and side combinations. The event committee will review all submissions and make final vendor and menu selections to avoid duplication and ensure variety for attendees.

The sale of all beverages is strictly prohibited. This includes alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, soda, water, and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Vehicle or booth dimensions in your application
